At the 2024 Child Nutrition Access and Accountability through Technology (CNAAT) conference, I led the full strategy, execution, and promotion of PrimeroEdge’s presence—driving the brand’s largest reception yet and exceeding lead generation goals. This out-of-state event required cross-functional alignment, real-time logistics management, and strict adherence to USDA branding regulations.

My Role

I managed all aspects of the event—from internal team prep to external marketing:

  • Built a branded experience despite heavy USDA restrictions
  • Coordinated travel, shipping, and vendor logistics
  • Created social and email campaigns for pre/post-show outreach
  • Designed all collateral, including presentations and flyers
  • Facilitated team alignment with detailed FAQs and checklists
