Enhance customer satisfaction, foster professional development, and showcase industry leadership in school nutrition technology. Cultivating a sense of community through training, networking, and thought leadership, Cybersoft was positioned as a trusted innovator.
Responsibilities
I orchestrated the entire event lifecycle. My diverse responsibilities ranged from developing engaging social media campaigns and crafting customer emails to managing expenses, overseeing invoicing, and setting up the microsite and event app. Simultaneously, I collaborated with sponsors, exhibitors, a videography company, and Cybersoft committees to create a valuable agenda, engaging content, and lasting experience.

Event Hiatus
It was our first in-person event since 2020, so I focused on rebuilding awareness and excitement.
Rebranding Transition
The shift from "EdgeSummit" to "Cybersoft User Conference" required extra clarity and messaging.
Justifying Value
I developed resources to help attendees explain the event's value and secure approval to attend.
Results

The engagement at the conference surpassed expectations. The event drew participants from across the nation, creating a diverse and enriching networking environment.
